“ So, note when you make reservations that there are two locations! We showed up at the downtown location and they let us know we booked the wrong one and they were totally packed. It was fine - we called the other location, they were happy to hold the table while we ubered over. And then it was nice that this location was a little quieter with the same delicious food and fabulous service! We ordered about half the menu to share and it was great! The espresso martinis are awesome. ”
“ Four of us visited Eno Vino on February 8th for a double-birthday celebration. There were many culinary delights on the menu, which included both food and drink. My spouse had the Gettin' Fwhiskey cocktail which he found to be very warming with a nice balance of flavors. A friend had a dirty martini which came with an option of regular or blue cheese stuffed olives. As I was driving, I sipped on a Ginger NA Mojito. We enjoyed all of the plates we shared. The Annato pork tacos were flavor bombs with the slow roasted pork, sauces and cheese on the top (they were my favorite). The roasted beets came with little clouds of whipped goat cheese and parm crisps. All three loaded on the fork was a perfect bite. The brie and apple, pork belly, and smoked salmon bruschettas all arrived loaded with toppings and cut in half to be shareable. You can pick 4 different options which is nice to sample. The Thai salmon cakes impressively balanced savory, salty, and sour flavors with a hint of sweetness from the pomegranate reduction. Yum! Both desserts we tried were good. The cashew tiramisu was impressively made vegan but enjoyed by all. The server was very polite and offered good recommendations on what to choose between. The dark interior with strong mood lighting made for a relaxed atmosphere. This was definitely a splurge meal for us as we were celebrating two birthdays. Once in a while it is nice to have a fancy treat. ”
“ We went for a special valentines dinner. 5 course meal. This was a special treat and a great experience/Valentine's Day dinner event. $100/person which I thought was extremely fair for the night. We did the wine pairing and it was delicious. My only recommendation is to have a more professional wine enthusiast to present each bottle along with the course. Everything was delicious and my only feedback would be hotter plates. The food was good but like warm. Pumping out the same dish is hard I know but we didn't have HOT food. That's my reason for 4/5. ”
“ Stopped in for a quick drink and appetizer. The servers were friendly, the drinks were good, and our half flatbread was hot and tasty. The prices went up since the last time we were here. The ambiance is what makes this place fun. My husband commented that you don't even know you are in a strip mall! ”
“ I took out dinner from here. The interior was spacious and very lively. Plus there was not parking issues. Thai chicken flatbread was my item. It was nice and flavorful. Having some veggies on top of the flatbread is a nice touch. In take out, veggies were kept separate, so was 2 kind of sauces. Essentially one spreads the veggies and put as much sauce as desired. I think the price was a bit high for the flatbread. ”
“ Eno Vino did not disappoint. The evening with our friends was perfect. The espresso martini was rich and creamy. The appetizers were packed with flavor, but not filling. The truffle fries were crunchy with a definite truffle flavor. The tuna was fresh and tasty, with just a touch of wasabi. The bruschetta was also fresh, a mix of salty and sweet. My filet was a perfectly prepared medium, tender and marshmallow soft. The beurre rouge was a wonderful complement to the dish. I also loved the scallops. Buttery garlic pieces of bread rounded out the soft and scrumptious scallops, sweetened ever so slightly by the pieces of fig. Our table was totally satisfied with the 'hot chocolate brownie'. It really tasted like hot chocolate! The slightly roasted marshmallows and crunchy brown sugar topping just took the dessert to another level. Yummm. But, I hope to return soon, and get a taste of that 'Wisconsin Winter' dessert. ”
“ Eno Vino was recommended by a friend of a friend. The food & service did not disappoint! Our server was very helpful. She shared wine & food recommendations also suggested about 3-4 sharing plates per person. We quickly realized the 4 shared apps we ordered between the two of us was more than enough food! The appetizers came out one by one. In hindsight, it probably would have been better if we received the mussels earlier in the meal instead of as the last dish because calamari and bruschetta filled us up so much that we barely had room for anything else. While the bruschetta platter and Sweet Chili Sweet Chile Calamari Fries were generous enough to easily share among 3-4 people, the Short Rib Barbacoa was a fav and was more of the shareable size we were expecting (2 loaded masa shells each). Seating: Indoor and outdoor seating. Our table was indoors and also nearby the open-concept kitchen. Parking: No issues finding parking when visiting mid-week. We chose this location because of proximity to our hotel but I heard the Eno Vino downtown location has amazing views ! ”
“ Was taken to Eno Vino as a surprise. It is exactly the kind of establishment I go to when I want to unwind and enjoy myself. It's luxe and well maintained and it's romantic, family friendly and trendy at the same time. The food was superb, I love the family style that everything's served in. I'm excited to go back and enjoy their extreme wine selection. The dessert was creative, expressive and delicious. It was unique but flavorful and I love how the ingredients represented different aspects of the desert. Service was friendly and helpful. They were patient with our questions and we never felt rushed or like we extended our stay, so much so we ordered a second entree after our first . We will definitely be back! This place is quickly placed in my top 5 for Madison! ”
